Register your return online within 14 days after receiving your order*.

* Purchases made in store cannot be returned online.

** Returns of online purchased items in our store are not possible.

Pack the items you want to return and add the filled in return card . Download and print your return label.

Please note: The cost of the return label is at your own expense.

Note that when returning a shipment outside the EU, please remember to download, complete and add this file to your package. The commercial invoice may be required to avoid additional import charges. For more information about the commercial invoice, we advise you to contact the carrier of your choice. Don't forget to take a picture of your return package with the documents attached to the box. This is to avoid discussions with the carrier.

Bring your package to a pick up point within 3 business days after registration. You will find a list of pick up points in the return portal.

Once our distribution center has received your return you will receive a refund within 14 business days.

Please note that your shipping costs from your original order will be refunded once you return your entire order.
